No, as everybody surely knows, Angus McCoatup is a Scottish cloakroom attendant 
there seems to be some confusion here as to wether this is the police tractor which is being used at farming shows to promote the police or the police tractor unit which is being used to trap naughty truck drivers in thier many nefarious activities
