Yes,
Union Rep told me Dicot are trailling new 4on shift pattern last year for a 6month period think.
I didn’t realise they weren’t on 4 days. We’re on 4 days at One Stop and the rota is brilliant. I feel like I’m off work all the time Tesco rota would be different as they work Sundays. A lot of our drivers have left for Booker and Sainsbury’s Basingstoke (wincanton) because of the new 4 weekly pay commencing in April.
if the w stands for work seems to me your doing 7 days out of 8 week beginning 10/3
Next week I work Mon Thur Fri Sat so 4 on 3 off. It looks like you forgot the Sunday rest day.
You both look correct to me.
3 on, 1 off, 4 on, starting Thu 14/03, which is in w/c 10/03
