Thes recovery vehicles are really spectacular but very basic technically. It is just one large boom with a hook that goes up and down-they never heard of wheel lifting. The will hook onto anything and literally drag it away! :imp: :imp: :imp: :imp:

Damascus

Andrewv8 WOW Straight to the city!!! I saw it about 10 click south of Damascus on the way to the Darra boarder x-ing into Jordan. On the right hand side just past the bridge to nowhere is where all the lorry scrap yards/lorry garages we had a couple of 500 litre fuel tanks buttoned on for the run thru Jordan where fuel is an extortionate 55p/litre apposed to 13p in Syria. 2 tanks supplied and installed in 3 hours for 23000.00 local (£150). This wrecker was sitting in the yard.
