Hello everyone, Last week i sent out my Provisional license along with my international license from abroad to be converted to a full UK license for me. Today tracking it online this is the feedback I am getting. My provisional is no longer in the system any Idea whats happening ? Does this mean there is a problem with my application ? Anyone seen this before ?

You have had a Full Licence for what groups from a foreign country?
Also an International Licence?
Also a Provisional Licence? From where, the UK?
I have a provisional license from the U.K. and have submitted the D1 forms to convert my Zimbabwe license to a full driver’s license here last week. I used to be able to check my provisional license status online, but currently, I can’t view it or have received any updates from the DVLA. Has anyone experienced this issue before?
It appears to me…I could be wrong of course…that you appear to have two licences.
It seems that Zimbabwe has a reciprocal agreement with the UK to exchange Driving Licences. And that is why you have sent in your Zimbabwean licence. Is that correct?
So what is the Provisional Licence you mention? A UK one?
I do not see how you can legally have both a Zimbabwe Licence and a (provisional) UK Licence.
If I have that wrong, please correct me.
As @franglais has alluded to you cannot legally hold two UK driving licences, as you’ve applied to have your Zimbabwe Licence (which I assume is a full licence) changed to a UK licence you will not also be able to have a separate provisional driving licence.
If you’ve applied for a provisional UK HGV or PCV licence the provisional entitlement should be on your exchanged licence when you get it, I’ve no idea how it works in Zimbabwe but we no longer have separate HGV licences in the UK.
