when paying back weekly rest as the hours you are paying back got to be added to a 45 hours break or can they be added to another reduced weekly rest,ie if i have 8 hours to pay back by end of third week can i have 32 hours off or is it 45 plus 8 ■■

They can be added to a reduced daily break of 9 hours if you wish

“the reduction shall be compensated by an equivalent period of rest taken en bloc before the end of the third week following the week in question.
The compensating rest must be attached to a period of rest of at least 9 hours - in effect either a weekly or a daily rest period.”

So long as the compensation is in one unbroken lump, it can be
either attached to another daily rest period, whether reduced or not,
or attached to a weekly rest period, whether reduced or not

So, yes, your 8 hours can be attached to a 24 hours weekly rest.
