Stobart drivers make me laugh in asda Chepstow rdc it is a bit tight but these lot make it so much more difficult I do chuckle and think I want to be like him when I grow up…

Just run over those bollards. They bounce back anyway.Do they?
No.
I managed to reverse over 1 about 5yrs ago, must admit, it was a perfect reverse when every single wheel on the right side of the trailer and then the unit went over it.
Security had it on camera where I then climbed out of my cab and started ‘hugging it’ (their words) to stand it back up and put it back into roughly the right shape
Took them nearly 1/2 hour to get to me, 15 mins of that was picking themselves back up off the floor

This^^^ I was delivering to maybe bridge and went for a stroll round tescos and one of these “drivers” was attempting this reverse, me and my mate stood watching when some tesco employee came running out telling us to go away

They’re drivers are howling! I have met some decent ones but they all seem to think they’re better and Asda/Tesco drivers

The secret to the plastic bollard is to push at then slowly with either a rear bumper or side guard. If you get it right they just pop the rivets holding them in and fall over still retaining a perfect shape. All you need to do is jump out and remove it before completing your manoeuvre damage free. If your feeling a little frisky you can then replace the bollard once you’ve finished and with a little push they will stay firmly in place.
I’ve lost count off the number of times I did it while running round London with a low loader. Mind it does help to have a fairly robust trailer. I wouldn’t recommend trying it with some of those flimsy Ali side guards you get these days.
Cheers
