There’s not enough information to say with any certainty.
It depends on which week the rest period 7-8 of December counts for, if it can be counted for the week beginning on 9 December it’s legal but if the rest period 7-8 has to be counted for the previous week it’s not legal.
I see from a previous post that in November you moved the weekly rest period to the end of the week so it all depends on what weekly rest periods you’ve had since then.
From what’s been posted it doesn’t look like it’s going to be legal but like I say we need to know about the weekly rest periods for the previous 2 weeks to say for sure.
edit: Do you still work nights ?
Yes i do nights start time is 00:30 am…my previous rest was 25-26.11 and then single day on 01.12 hope this helps
Sorry but there’s still not enough information to say for certain that it’s legal.
With the information given I would have to say that it’s not legal, however if you want to post your weekly rest periods back to the last time you had 90 consecutive hours rest that crossed Sunday/Monday we’ll be able to give you a more definite answer.
This seems to be your weekly rest periods from 09/11/19.

Really sorry for late reply…long day at work. Below r my rest days from october until end of this year
Thank for your help
Assuming that you never start before 00:01 on a Monday (you say you start at 00:30) it looks legal as far as the weekly rest periods are concerned, I assume the rest periods you’re having are enough to compensate for the reduced weekly rest periods.
I think there must be a mistake in the image in your last post, you’ve got the 17/12/19 down as rest but that would mean you’re doing 7 consecutive days work, in your opening post you’ve got 18/12/19 as the rest day which I assume is correct.

Im always on same start time 00:30, and yes my mistake with rest day, 18.12 is correct…every year before Christmas work makes 2 or 3 changes to rota, making very difficult for a lot of drivers but if u say it’s legal then nothing to worry about…Thank you very much for making this clear.
