Another Hours Question (Apolagies )

the firm i work for are concidering changing to 4 on 4 off shifts on a rolling week my question is the working week starts for wtd and drivers hrs starts mon finishes sunday so if your shift runs sat sun mon tues do you count it as 2 days from one week and 2 days from the following week and your weekend break you take in for example after the 5th day ie in the middle of the week does ant of that make any sense ?

yeah thats correct mate so sat n sun wud count to one week n mon n tues to the following week

and yes just because your taking your weekly rest midweek it still counts towards your required weekly rest

yeah thats correct mate so sat n sun wud count to one week n mon n tues to the following week

and yes just because your taking your weekly rest midweek it still counts towards your required weekly rest

So the fixed week is still a fixed week its just you have your weekley rest in the middle of the week instead of the weekend
