Wetn
wndy Sunday? Bored?
Try these piccies from a few decades ago.
A main road…very much altered now.
A significant feature.
And a hint of the viewpoint. Not there anymore I believe.
EDIT. Sorry the feature is still there. Just been on Google and it still is there.
The bricks were made in Wellington Somerset, and Bishops Waltham.
A 'Dizzy Dame ?
OK bit of a long shot but I’m going for the Hockley Railway Viaduct near Winchester. Dunno how the Dizzy Dame fits in though.

■■■■! I have walked over that viaduct and still could not work out where it was. Dizzy Dame could be MizMaze on St Catherines Hill, there is a grass maze up there that winds around so much that it would make anyone dizzy!
Hole in one !
Hockey viaduct it is!
The shots are from the viaduct itself. The old Winchester by-pass, the Itchen river, and yes, St Catherine’s Hill. The Saint condemned to death on the wheel, but resisted it, who has that whizzy firework named for her.*
Points to both of you I reckon.
The railway line there was closed by Dr Beeching in the 60’s, and is an early concrete construction with a brick skin. (Thank you Wikipedia) Apparently now it’s open as a path and cycleway.

- Wolfie got it, maybe in spite of my clue rather than thanks to it.
