After a few years of mass debating over the poor service provided by the Canadian tv companies at extortionate prices I’ve bitten the bullet and bought an android box , and it’s brilliant .
Maybe I’m behind the times , but it’s great to have British tv plus all the sky ,bt , eurosport , plus loads of other crap without a monthly fee , Bell can go swivel from now on :laughing:

Costs a couple of hundred bucks , look on kijiji for gbox or android and you’ll find a local supplier . Got mine from another expat who’s been running his for a year or so , all you need is a high speed connection and wifi router . Got TSN , Global , Setanta , and as I write this wifey is blazing through the movie channels .
All sorts of “other” channels also , have already had words with my sons about that :laughing:

Don’t know how long you’ve been away from Blighty but Sky now have a dedicated F1 channel , makes a nice change from Indy/Nascar tedium . Since Bell deleted Speed TV at the start of May it’s just one more reason they can ■■■■■■■■ :unamused:

Been in Canada just over 7 years.
