Anyone know anywhere decent and secure im coming down the a34 from birmingham

Tod Hill is ok & free, but space is limited. You used to be able to park in Andover town centre, but a hay lorry burning a large crater into the car park closed that particular avenue. You can park on the industrial estate on the east side of Newbury too (just off the A4, I forget the name) and there’s a pub, but not much else within walking distance.
Walworth estate allows you to park of further away there’s Sutton Scotney

Yea i heard it was a hotspot but i had no issues
