I would say you beat me to it, but that would be sloppy seconds for me. 
I’ve got a briefcase/pilot case type vehicle that is for attaching to the pannier on my bike. Nice hard wearing material, waterproof etc. But I’m not cycling much at the moment so I’ll use it for work 
Made by Carradice, suitable for carrying a laptop too (but I don’t). Good enough for the job But an expensive way of doing it because I think the bag was about £60, but back then I was commuting to work on the bike
