Id imagine you’re right, the police do seem to act on select bits of footage like this where the driver can be clearly identified and its more than just a minor argument about nothing.
He’s probably just angry about having to drive a girls car.
Audi driver is a first class knob, however if the police are involved then they will want to see the footage leading up to the incident.
Dash cams work both ways, and there’s a possibility that the truck driver isn’t squeaky either

Maybe the lorry driver pulled off on a clear roundabout and Mrs audi driver come in at speed and had to slow down. I had a similar thing happen today roundabout had huge bushes on it so visibility was poor as soon as I pulled out a car comes round with horn going and coffee shaker going

If it’s a chap on his own who is giving you grief, simply tell him that nature has already punished him and that you feel sorry for him.
(Anger rating usually a good 8/10).
If it’s a chap with his missus, simply tell him that he should drive more carefully when taking his Mother out in the car.
