Just been asked could I collect a gearbox & get it to Valencia asap, like collect tonight or early morn sun & go.
Isn’t my normal thing & I’d charge a fair few quid if i could do it, same as a racecar needed there in a big hurry, but I’m solid all wk, its a man & a van thing, well would fit in a car boot really, but its a race car new gearbox & £30k item & fragile so they are not really wanting it just chucked in back of a van loose.
Anyone fancy it & price?
I work for a race team and we use a local company called jascar for all our parcel sized stuff
I think the most expensive thing they done for us was a £300k Porsche engine back from Bremen last year, I think that job was £800, No idea what they’d charge for your job though or if they could do it
Of course if they want it really quick they could use our companies aviation subsidiary
