It’s on Stakehill Ind Est iirc. M62, M627, first exit, turn tight, to round about 2nd exit, T junction turn right it comes up on your right 
Aye,tis touchet hall road as the others say. You will see the depot on the rhs as you go around the corner but carry on past up the straight and look for the gatehouse on your right. The guard there will tell you which bay etc.

If you put the postcode into tom tom and it says take the first turning off the roundabout then ignore it and follow the directions on here. The tom tom will take you to a dead end
