I was led to believe in 1966 that Air Products would pay me a pension upon reaching retirement age. I now find that they do not pay pensions themselves but instead use a company called Mercer. However, I am unable to provide Mercer with a pension plan membership number so they do not have to pay either.

If it’s any help, the government has a pension tracing service, suggest you start there with your investigations, good luck!
