I’ve been reading about the rise of AI technology medical robots & how they compare to human doctors, The Chinese are building AI hospitals using giant libraries of medical data for machines to learn from & a robot was fed 6000 medical books & they now have a high degree of accuracy than a human doctor.

These AI doctors can deal with tens of thousands of patients over several days, which would take years for a human doctor.
There would be no more waiting lists & people would get seen to much quicker with a more accurate diagnosis.
LOL the yanks are doing everything in their power to stop this from happening, I wonder why!

I remember hearing a few years about the automation of screening for cancer cells on samples. The Dr being asked about it said he would prefer any samples relevant to him to be screened by a machine not a human, as they were more reliable, and not subject to fatigue etc.

There are issues relevant to AI, automation, and employment very certainly. We need to be talking about this now.
