Agency drivers

Does anyone know if the 80% rule covers agency drivers when the work that isn’t food related dries up

Being on the agency is the equivalent to having a zero hour contract. No guaranteed hours = no guaranteed salary. Therefore, your income is £0. I reckon this government will have no issues with paying 80% of that

It might be harsh, but if an agency can’t keep drivers in work, especially at this time, then what good are they? Agency workers should be able to name their price at the minute
