Can anybody give some advise on this matter. I have several agency companies that our company use and many drivers come and go. I have lots of drivers that no longer drive for us, but their driver downloads still appear in my RHA. When they depart i download the digi card.
Do i just delete these from my system?
Keep for 15 months just in case.

From memory, you’re required to keep tachograph records for 12 months unless they’re being used to track the drivers hours for the WTD in which case you’re required to keep them for 24 months.
