Im saying i dont see what i actually done wrong. I went in done the job spoke to few driver as i was getting niggled at for thing that where not bad. Yes i did make few mistakes but i got the brass balls to put my hands up if i done anything wrong

Davey, I donât have a problem, have you seen a post from me saying I have a problem you have posted on here moaning about everyone that works with you, you have stated that the management are wrong, that the drivers are wrong but you are unwilling to accept that you got sacked not them. move on Davey and I wish you well

No ones perfect and yes we all balls up at some point. Thanks for you input on it but you keep saying the same thing. Im only discussing it. Im not on here moaning about it because i know i will get another job
Just found the reason to why i was paid off im totally amazed by it. Iv never heard anything like it. The hole reason is because i went the wrong way to a place that i was going to do trailer change over lol
You can tell people on here âYouâll be robbedâ and still theyâll line up for the punishment, because somehow working for ÂŁ6.50ph with deductions for everything including fi fo fum fees seems like a better prospect to some than holding out for something better and possibly be left on the sidelines for a few weeks at the start of the year⌠I think itâs some kinda northern work ethic thing that is widely not understood darn sarth ereâŚ

I stay in glasgow mate. Im miss typing due to fingers too big for bloody phone keypad. Lol
I just think hes wanted the shortest route possible because hes paid by the click so if they set say from where i was to to destination around 80kms and it could be done in 60kms then hes profited out 20kms for nothing. Well thats what i think butâŚits rubbish if you make a mistake and go a different route and which i dont think there is much in it around 10km or 15km extra butâŚdont matter now its just learning experience and focus on getting another class 1 job

We have trackers fitted and no its not illegal to use but they must let you know one is fitted. But upon reading it seems like your face did not fit and unfortunately this happens a lot. Humour them smile at em then once out of gate or depot then say to yourself get f@@@@@. Lol.
