I have passed all tests to enable me to drive a Cat C. When I passed the practical, the examiner told me I needed to keep my licence to book and take my initial CPC.
Now that I have done that I need to send off my licence myself, but I have no clue where to send it, or what information I would need to send with it. Do I need a D2 form or is that for something else?
I appreciate any help anyone can give me, I have tried phoning the DVLA but they seem to be permanently too busy to even put me into a queue.
All this should have been explained to you and handled by your training provider - did they not offer a wraparound service?

It was over a months wait to do my CPC Theory and another week to do the CPC practical (Parts 2 & 4). I cant remember that far in the past.
