Could anyone give us some advice on NZ!? I have looked on trade.me and seek.co for jobs found a few and had a couple of replies but they seem to prefer it if you are already over there. Where else can I look for jobs? How easy is it moving with a mrs an 3 kids? How much is a livable wage? I would like to move to Wellington this year hopefully. All advice much appreciated
Thanks
Hi Sandgrounder,
The company I worked for in the USA had many New Zealand drivers and they tell me that the longest journey one can do is not much over 500 miles.
One driver I met is writing a book about his time there and he emailed me to ask whether he could use my text and photos for his book. I agreed to this and I am quite sure that if you send him an email, mentioning that I worked with him at Pullens, Missouri I am sure he will be able to fill you in with all you want to know about jobs and living style etc. in New Zealand. His name is Peter Blakeborough.
My name is John Pettitt and if you look at my guestbook on my site theguestbook.com/read.php/483975 you will see his entry.
His email is: peterandmoya@slingshot.co.nz
Hope this helps
Thanks John,
I will e-mail Peter for further information. Thanks for your advice.
