I’m 99% sure I know the answer to this question but just want clarification from a grown up.

The stereo in my truck is marked as 24v. I assume the outputs to the speakers would be 24v too. Or does the stereo have a dropper built in. I’m away from the truck for the weekend and am having a brain freeze moment in the middle of a project.

The output from your stereo to your speakers is not measured in Volts its measured in Watts mate.

In other words it doesn’t matter if your radio is 12v 24v or 240v
