Adding an Operating Centre

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to try and get some advice, I’m looking at potentially either adding an operating centre and still having my current one or potentially moving to a different one.

My current operating centre comes under London and the South East as it’s in Surrey, the one I’m considering adding/changing to comes under Western as it’s in Hampshire.
Is it possible to add/switch to one in a different area if details are provided and the advert taken out etc?, or would it mean applying for a new O Licence entirely?.

I thought as much, if you’re moving to a different operating centre within the same area though it’s just an advert in the paper and apply to change it?.
