Can anyone tell me if there are any restrictions (low bridges / weight limits / night time bans) on the A57 between the M1 and the A1 :confused:

there are 4 bridges in worksop…but none are actually on the A57.

There is/was a low bridge on the A620 Worksop - Retford road, near the old Manton pit. But since the Worksop bypass was built a few years ago, there are NO bridges … just a few R/abouts to contend with :unamused:

Personally i never bother going that way, too many donuts, i go via M18, lot easier especially at rush hour.

There were no probs (early morning)

Didn’t fancy leaving Sheffield and going almost north on M18 and backtracking down the A1 when the A57 kind of cuts the corner
