A woman has been seriously injured after two diggers fell off the back of a lorry on a dual carriageway, smashing into a car.

Think he may be in a spot of trouble.
That part of the road starts to narrow into 1 lane instead of the 2
maybe the driver should have asked on here for directions but then again maybe best not
I thought this was an amusing comment made.
hope they check his tacograph to ascertain his speed. I’ve yet to see a lorry driver observing the speed limit on singe carriageways. I know this was a dual carriageway which lorries are limited to 58mph but try and find a lorry doing the legal limit of 40mph on a single carriageway. They drive around as if they are driving a hatchback. I’ve seen lorry drivers watching a lap top propped up on the dash on motorways and they are forever chattering like fish wives on their stupid CB radios which is just as bad as mobile phone use. I’ve heard their conversation on their CB radios and most of it is the puerile rubbish indulged in by teenage girls. When I first heard it I realised that there are some seriously infantile people driving dangerously heavy vehicles. Since then I give them a wide berth and pass them as quickly as I can.
Just saw this on the local news, nice bit of bridge bashing there, even stopped the metro rail link for a while to check the bridge. That’s my usual route to work on the bike but I think I’ll give it a miss today.
