Have any of you blokes heard of MFD (Motor Factors Direct) in Leyland?
I need an expensive part and they have them with a five year guarantee. Are the likely to be around then, or next month?

But what payment methods do they accept?
In UK law we get buyer protection if using certain payment methods such as credit cards. Is that similar is Aus law?
I couple of years ago I tried to buy a LSD for my Troopy, from an Aus company, and long-story-short, it never happened. I had paid with PayPal and after a few weeks I got a full refund from PayPal.
It wasted some time, but no cash was lost.
Will the company be around for all of a 5yr guarantee period?

Is that the same company address? Looks like a very similar name, but that is a dissolved company.

If it is that company, then they have been around since 2013, and appears to be a father and son operation.
Lots of different companies all registered at the same address, with the same director. Is that good or bad? I dunno really.

Njl seems to be on the money. They seem to have pretty decent feedback, on the whole. I think I’ll pull the trigger on it. Cost is not my biggest concern, quality is.
I always pay by PayPal.
