I like the Seddon pic at the Ballidon weighbridge Dan! Did that mean that your family worked solely for them as of course when I started there it was Tilcon with just a few old TK Bedfords parked up in the white Ballidon livery but they went for scrap! How’s Geoff these days, not seen him for about nine years?

Pete.

Hi Pete jeff was at Ballidon on a dumper at one time . He worked from there going to felstead every day and hauled scrap back from barking to stanton ironworks until tommy tarmac said he must return to Ballidon after every load . As the scrap paid more than an out going felstead he started doing Avenue coke plant to the same road in barking as the scrap yard.Regards Dan.
