Is that a CB antenna I can see on that motor in the center, and on an N reg. I was having a fiddle night home back in the late 70’s, when I was picked up by one of Simmons trucks at Wetherby. He had a CB in and he was one of the first in the country that I had seen with one. I immediately went out and bought one from Piano Man. I was the first on Stillers to get one and the old man just told me not to get caught. Only ever saw the guy once but I must say the young guy in the photo looks very much like him.

The guys in the pic is not me,they are two other drivers who were at Simmons at the time,I was the driver of the truck with the CB aerials it was more than likely me that picked you up on your dodgey night out.If i remember you gave me £20.00 haha
In the early days i actually used to supply Piano Man with CB`s for him to sell.
