A bit different

Plenty of vintage & sports cars arriving at the school prom last night!

Then of course the star of the show appears!

Don’t get that suit dirty son! got it on sale & return look!

a proud son & equally proud dad! Supprised he chose to arrive in a truck coz he has no interest in them( thank god)
He wants to be a copper!

Good fun, got an hour in the pub where the prom was held & agreed by most the best arrival that evening!

very nice andy  looks the part! your son and the truck

Cheers Hutchie! Must of course say a big ta to Mr Fielding who let me have the unit at home for the day to give her a good clean up. For the boy it was easy- 10 minutes in Marks & Spencers.
Nice pictures too Russell!

nice pics, bet the boys were chuffed! Jacko, i did a delivery to Travis Perkins in Halstead today, god what a drive that was, thru Sudbury, into Halstead, left at the mini ■■■■■. I’d have thought cars in Halstead realised trucks need a lot of room to turn there!

Cheers Kindle! No not the most truck friendly place is Halstead, even the road out to Braintree is a ■■■■■■■

Just signed up to this to look at yours and dads motors, I see George didn’t manage to wriggle his way of turning up to prom in dads lorry

What is all this ‘Prom’ business? Is this something else that we’ve imported from the good 'ol U.S. of A?

When I were a lad,we’d just go and get plastered down the pub at the end of term  :open_mouth: :unamused:

and here is what i went to mine in a few years ago… for those that dont like it… I Dont Care lol :grimacing:
many thanks to Clive Cowern for the use of the truck

Hello Tom! I did think of using one of your dad’s (my brother dazzler) units but knowing him he would have expected me to find a backload!

Yeah, he’d never let out for free, but I don’t think the new MANs look better than the ones dad runs and especially with the way fieldings has them painted, george looks very smart though.

The trucks make a great change to see at proms, they look good .i offten do proms in my old splitty, the kids love em :sunglasses: this was my mates son :sunglasses:
