Disqualification being 12. At this point I’m no longer angry, just confused.
Obviously a disqualified driver who insists on driving with no licence/insurance and Police have caught/taken him to court numerous times since and courts have fined plus added on points each time.

police have asked for a custodial sentence, probably end up with a suspended sentence
