Really like these old films, had to laugh at Medway services, nearly 60 years old and still looks the same today.

I enjoyed this documentary as 1963 was the year I left school and joined the work force. :sunglasses:

EXCELLENT VIDEO,I lived 8 miles from WATFORD GAP services, i did not drive back then[at sea ] however some of my friends had cars and they used to use the slip roads for the services ,as a road ,both ways to get food 24 hours, and portions you were not used to .
seeing the old cars that were new in the day was a good memory .
