Does the 60 hour WTD limit apply to hours worked between weekly rest periods (I’m taking my weekly rest mid-week) or hours worked during each Monday to Sunday “fixed week”?

The 60 hour work limit is 60 hours working time per fixed week (Monday to Sunday).

Working time does not include POA or breaks.

It would have made more sense to have a limit between weekly rests than the current fixed week limit but putting EU and LOGIC together …
