Am i Right in thinking that the hoilday hours (8 a day)/(48 week) Ect to calculated WTD reference period are for just that?
Company trying to give me infringement letter to sign
As they think (or the software they use) I’ve gone over the 60hr fixed week rule.
Drove & Worked 46:30
Hoilday 16:00
= 62:30
hold me hands up if im wrong

You haven’t worked over 60 hours you’ve worked 46.5 hours.
The holiday hours are for calculating the average 48 hour week only.

My son got this for 20 min over the 60hrs as his work AA recovery did the same adding on holiday hrs

Article 4 - (7) and (5) dictates that holidays should be counted as 8/48 hours for the 48 hour average week, nowhere does it say that holiday hours count towards the 60 hour weekly limit.
