6 day week?

If you work 6 days in week 1 (mon - sat) but finish early enough on the Sat to get 45 off can you then do mon - sat again in week 2 or can you only do 5 days?
Thanks

If you can get a 45 hour weekly rest period in every week there’s nothing to stop you doing six days every week.

In the scenario you’ve posted you could legally work Monday to Saturday in week 2.

In a word: yes.

Paul

Would I be right in thinking that this is ok then…

Work Mon - Sat, have Sun and Mon off (i.e 45 hrs +), then work Tue to Sat and have Sun off (i.e reduced rest) and then Mon to Fri followed by 45 hrs + paying back the shortfall the previous week’s reduction.

Yes that looks fine

The compensation for the reduced weekly rest period should be paid back by the end of the third week following the week in which you had a reduced weekly rest period.

Finger ready on the trigger !! Yes, you can work six days every week , as long as you get your rest periods in.
