I’m a 4on4off driver. In November and December I have to work 6on 2 off. For example if I worked Thursday to Tuesday and done 15 on sunday and monday and Tuesday. Then have 2days off will this reset my 15 hour days because I have taken my weekly rest in the week or not because of it being in the same fixed week period so I would only be able to do 1 more 15 hour days before 00.01 Monday morning.

You can have 3 reduced daily rest periods between weekly rest periods, so if you work Thursday to Tuesday you can have 3 reduced daily rest periods between Thursday and Tuesday.

  • 3 reduced daily rest periods between weekly rest periods.
  • 2 extended daily driving times (10 hours maximum) each week (Monday to Sunday).
