When u register with a agency they always ask u to sign 48 hours opt out? could anybody xplain me what it is?should i sign it? thanks in advance

Some agencies do ask you to sign a form opting out of the 48 hour average week, but as a mobile worker you cannot opt out of the 48 hour week so the form is meaningless :unamused:

Thanks tachograph you just answerd a problem i had when a driver said he had opt out of the WTD and i said to him as a mobile worker you havent got a choice :slight_smile:

The only part of the RT(WT)R mobile drivers can opt out of is the night time working limit, love it or hate it we’re stuck with the rest of it :wink:
