Dont bother, its a scam, they wont let you look at the truck because they are working away in scotland, etc, etc want paying asap as they have loads of people interested and keep changing the email addresses they contact you with. Unfortunately i think they just robbed the pics from an ebay advert from about 18 months ago. The same people have tried this on with a red 143 for £4500 buy it now on ebay. But got banned because it was a con and have just moved onto gumtree instead…

Pics taken from my other thread - need to get my albums back from my parents’ house and do a new batch I think!

nice one kev, nice to see some ‘new’ pics!

No probs. I will attempt to reclaim all my childhood photo albums this weekend and have a sort through them!

Did Scania ever make a finer looking truck than this?? Also posted this image on the Tour Trucks picture thread, but thought it deserved a spot on here to.

I would take this over a computer controlled, auto-boxed, all electric, eco friendly mondern day truck any day!!

Greetings,All. Went to see my nephew’s yard today and photographed a Scania 143 he is currently restoring (when time permits). It started life in Belgium then it went to Spain.I’ve never seen one before with a Telmar fitted.Slight snag,it doesn’t work properly and any help or tips that he can get will be most welcome.I’ve attached a photo of the control? box which is bolted under the chassis if that is of any help.
It’ll be a long job but worth it whe it’s finished.Might be some more photos to follow.Regards to you all,900x20.

Found this 43 still working today (didnt hasve any tax though ) :open_mouth:
