3rd week drivers hours

Hey guys quick question. 56hrs driving in a week. 90hrs week 2, well 34hrs driving week 2, makes 90hrs. so what happens on week 3? Does it start back at 56hrs again? Mind be stupied question but i aint sure :laughing: . Thanks guys :smiley:

week 1 32hr
week 2 58hr = 90
week 3 a max of 32hrs as week 2 = 58 and any 2 weeks must max out at 90 only

so basic
week 1 + week 2 = 90
week 2 + week 3 = 90
week 3 + week 4 = 90 etc etc

It’s 90 hours in any two consecutive weeks.

So you count week 1 and week 2, then week 2 and week 3, then week 3 and week 4, and so on.

Basically take any two consecutive weeks and the hours should not exceed 90.

The fixed week known as ‘week’ is sunday midnight to sunday midnight

In any week the maximum recorded driving hours is 56

In any two weeks next to each other the maximum is 90

week 1 = 40
week 2 = 50
week 3 = 40
week 4 = 45
week 5 = 45
week 6 = 50 … err … whats wrong with that?

It is never a stupid question to ask if you are unsure.It is better to ask,than pay a fine on the road.We were all new drivers and the learning never stops.Keep asking Bud.

Thanks toby mate. Its furstrating somtimes all i love is driving and cant wait too start on the lorrys. Even though ive my full liencses nobody has give me shot at it yet. But have likes of tacographs stuff to learn. Suppose we all have start somewhere ehh :smiley:
