3 birds in the cab on a night out

Bit of good press from the actions of this nature loving wagon driver.

I’d never heard of a Wigeon either.

A very misleading title and you know it.

An HGV driver found the birds and kept them warm overnight in the cabin of their lorry before handing them over the SSPCA.

Were the journalist and editor work experience kids?

Had two in my cab one night in Ponty, but one was a munter so she sat sideways on the passenger seat wafting a towel over me and the main protagonist to keep us cool whilst shouting encouragement and handy tips.

Anyway, I digress…….

The best thing about that is it will be actually TRUE.

Nah…

being of a similar vintage of you and Moaster, and having had a fair bit of action in the cab over the years…, a munter wafting a towel… not a chance. She used to sit in the passenger seat, bored, and complaining that it was getting late…

I thought calling girls “birds” was frowned upon in these enlightened times.

I picked up a bird in Portugal, but she never said where she wanted to go to, she was very odd, she was in the cab with me for two days and one night but no funny business or panky hanky as she had some serious body odour going on like gone off salmon or trout, seeing I was heading to a ferry she had no passport so unfortunately I stopped at the services in France and drove off and left there.

As soon as she got in the cab she slept all the way for the journey, maybe on the run from an abusive partner and she seemed to be on something.
