You should have a break of at least 15 minutes before exceeding 6 hours work.
If you work more than 6 hours but not more than 9 hours you should have a total of at least 30 minutes break/breaks.
If you work more than 9 hours you should have a break/breaks totalling at least 45 minutes.
These breaks can be split into parts of no less than 15 minutes.
So if you work say 5 hours does that reset the clock i e stat 6 hours again
