At the weekend have a look online for Driver CPC courses and get one booked … 
If you can find a trainer that actually knows the rules that is …

It’s really 15 hours max from your official start time, because you might not put your card in for an hour or so if your waiting on a vehicle to come back. So if 04.30 was your official start time then as ShropsBri said you need to be finished by 19.30.

As others have said the time starts from the start of shift when you started on POA, so assuming that you have a reduced daily rest period available you should be finished no later than 19:30.
CPC driver lol you having a laugh, i need licence first…whats cpc got to do with driving…
