I am a new driver started with a agency who have got me one night a week( sun start time 1.30am ) the firm I got sent to have said you are allowed work a 15 hour shift I thought night workers were only allowed to work a 10hour shift any advice please

Chances are when you signed up with the agency, you signed to opt out of the night workers regulations. So you will just be on a regular shift pattern.

It’s not a 10 hour shift its 10 hours of work with maybe break and/or poa on top.
