14/4/05 Pic`s

Just out of interest, Where did you see the Malcolm Renault and the Y&D Scanny?

I didn’t realise there was such a demand for truck pics - I’ll get some tomorrow if the weather is okay. I get too nervous though, lots of angry looking trucker faces when you pull out a camera and point it at them. I remember reading somewhere that many drivers spit their dummy out if you don’t ask them first and that can be a real hassle at times  .

The Malcom`s was tipping at Guinness Runcorn in the new bay with a load of glass &
the Y&D was parked up on Keele southbound.

I know what you mean Rob K, most drivers think look at that prick taking
pictures of wagons but most of them like to look at pics of wagons.
I only started taking them as the camera which i just had to have, has been
sat in the the box for nearly 2 years and never used.

Neal,

Now I’m getting them, must have been something to do with the downtime at photobucket. Came through nice and quick too, as befits my new broadband connection. (can’t believe that, France Telecom were estimating it would be several years before the Dordogne would be wired - and while the rest of the country is up in arms because FT are behind on their promise, hey presto they pop up here without warning and put us all (well, in a 10k circle) on stream without warning.)

Have replied to your pm, thanks Neal.

Salut, David.
