It depends on the power requirements of the microwave.

I seem to remember the quoted wattage is not the total power draw and should be doubled to calculate what is required.

I think you’d need to be looking at twice that to be comfortably within the tolerance of the inverter.

You will need at least a 1500w for a microwave. And that will only do a 750w one. As said, you need double the wattage as the rate is peak power, and the constant draw is half. I don’t know why the can’t just label them with the constant rather than the peak :open_mouth:

1500W peak sounds better than 1100W RMS.
