I have the above lorry but this morning the speedo stoped, the tacho said something like sensor fault and the lorry wont rev over 1300rpm. when you do it shudders quite badly. Any ideas
In gear, moving, or stationary too ?

Quite often on this age truck the fault lies in the cable that runs from the cab to the tacho sender unit…
Had this happen on one I drove. Usually the feed wire breaks in the loom. I ended up in a tacho place in Romford and TransT brought one of their motors in. The fitter said it was a common fault.
