I was so happy when I got here at 16.00 , straight on bay 118 , took keys straight off me , 17.15 not a peep
So what? How many people on here have been stuck somewhere on a bay, in a line for a couple of hours, it’s part of the job. If you don’t like it , do something else. I’ve had two jobs I didn’t like, one lasted five months, the other 8(there were 2.5 million unemployed at the timeso a bit of competition). If you don’t, or no-one will have you, then shut the whining, it’s tedious.

Prolly park at Lincoln Farm Friday night which ironically is no where near Lincoln. And neither is it a farm! Strange times my friend, strange times indeed.
To true, perhaps it’s a throw back to when there was plenty of porkin. Me pappy told me once I was conceived at a farm in Lincoln wonder if he meant there. It would explain a lot.
Talking of strange times sure I put an innocent post up about how doze could seduce his wife and solve his life struggles once and for all. Maybe I dreamt it.

All my posts are moderated , and as Dennis said if we don’t like it , it gets consigned to the random crap bin , so if you’ve a issue with the content of my posts take it up with the moderators because they allow them so must think there ok , as you think your so self- important I’m sure they’ll act on your concerns
and I don’t need you preaching to me about the old days , I was born in 1961

let’s just hope yodel are ok , but if this first drop continues , we won’t make yodel on time never mind early
deep breaths , stay calmDozy,
do they have you down as a van driver or what■■?F…k to that plan. For me it would be
Rugby - Eastbourne, Sittingbourne - LincolnI hope you told them already, it’s not doable??Unless you want Dipper Dave to have steak with the the misses.
Knowing you, you haven’t said anything > you just carry on and try to fit it all in what they throw at you.Take it easy, slow down and make sure you run from Hatfield to Rugby tomorrow before noon, load Derby - offload Lincoln and home.
I told YOU in one of your other crying threads this week, you will get yourself killed or somebody else. You will never listen. Please Dozy take that f… porter job. Or go and be a day driver for them.
I mean they sending you all down to the channel to do 1,5 days work in one shift.
@Andrejs and others who worked there is this normal Stobart Planning■■?
I mean most of their trampers are back in their depot by Friday night, so come Dozy always works like this■■?
I like to say something , but that Albion bird has winged that I winge to much , you couldn’t make it up
whilst she’s sat on her sofa with her feet up watching emmetdale eating her cooked tea I’m sat on a garage forecourt drinking a bottle of ribena , but it’s the same for everyone including her apparently , there I go on again
tea
Struggled a bit for tea myself this evening, couldn’t choose between a plethora of ready meals, stopping for some truckstop grub, walking to a pub/bistro or popping round to see many of the drivers wives on here that keep messaging me (honestly ladies I’m happily worried).
In the end I opted for a prawn salad, bit of a curve ball really as I don’t like salad or prawns for that matter.
I could murder a Yorkie washed down with Rubens now…
Edit: Rubens = Ribena, bloody predictive text I don’t even know a Rubens. Bet he tastes nice though.
How good this Friday to you??

Been there, got the T-shirt. Didn’t moan on and on. Didn’t like something, I changed it. I can sit on my sofa because I don’t want to do what you do anymore, that’s the point.
We all moan from time to time, but you just live in groundhog day. You either control life or life controls you.
Edit: The reason for the ‘history lesson’ was that 8 months might seem a long time to stay in a job, my point was that unlike now, jobs were not so readily available and having moved from one carp job to another, I hoped to move to a half decent.
I’m watching the gardener cut the hedge.

I am agency out of Newark. Only my 4th week but never had a run like that. I have always got back. Don’t think I have done more than 12 on Friday and this week have only done about 45 hours up to today (will admit thats the lowest do far) so certainly dont think its as bad as dozy allows it to be
So where are you Ady and which lay-by is the truck in ?
Just kinda wondering - has our Doze got a box of dummies or does he just have a favourite one on elastic…
