Hello irish lorries,my favourite truck is from the 70s.worked for Northern Ireland Trailers on Preston dock and drove an Atkinson Borderer with a 205 ■■■■■■■ and Fuller gearbox,really great British truck,used to love going to work.Gardner 240 has a photo of one under the N.I.T.thread. All the best.

im a volvo man irish lorries,i usd to drive scanias for years and liked them [plus they sound nice]then ive driven volvos ever since and find them very comfortable well made and have never had a break down,the fm is lovely to drive especially with ishift

Volvos are probably the best made lorry they have smaller cabs than scania but more storage space never been in a fm only fh so is a volvo fm your favourite lorry and buy the way how does Ishift work

Its all volvos i prefer ,not just the fm,the ishift is the automatic gear box that is fitted to volvos and is a very smooth to drive ,im sure most drivers will agree,the daf is fitted with the worst auto gearbox in my experience very jerky and cant make its mind up ,everybodys different thow irish lorries

A nice mixture there irish lorries its good to see a irish bloke who isnt a scania v8 fanatic and knows there are other trucks on the road,im shocked there is no volvo ,me and you need to have words so you see the light m8

You would be surprised how popular daf and volvo are too even mercedes are starting to get popular with there new mp4 actro
Hi guys. I like that old t-cab scania,looks lik a Swedish reg plate to.
Always liked Scania,my dad didnt have anytingelse. But the two lorrys that i have drow that i like most are the Volvo F10 tag fully on air,what a ride,but only 320 horses wasnt enough as i had 25-30ton on trailer and always did Norway… Then i got the Daf 95xf midlift 480 horses did the job mutch easyer 
So thouse two are my favorits!
