My reaction would be to kick his door in and give him a good slating. Tell him if he reports it, then the council will remove him from the premisis (if he’s in a council house). You never know, it could have happened. Only takes a tap on the door to calm him down now. Failing that, leave your keyboard on full volume from 03-00 onwards. That works well .

A company called Fleetwood Transport (we started out as Fleetwood Mac’s road crew).
We still do a fair bit of rock and roll with the “purple and yellows” but this tour is for a photocopier company.

Thank’s folks but Lib it’s private rented and Smeserver I am hoping to move to a place I have bought soon so it’s not worth the hassel coupled with the fact that the kid that is taking my flat on used to live down stairs and believe me I love the kid to bits but the whole village will know he is back 
he loves his stereo more than anyone I know!
I’ve been letting things get to me and I should know better I am driving like a burk because I can’t switch off a bit more chill out time is in order before I explode I dared not tell you about todays peformance at work!
