There is a whaling station a few miles away near the end of the bay but it was all quiet that day.
Got to say one hell of place Iceland is and I’ll recommend it to anyone.
How the hell did Wolfie sus that one out, either he can log into your brain waves or he has contacts in MI5, not the first time either. Something going on here me thinks 
( the nearest I got was it’s a rocky sort of a place and above the natural tree line which I think is about 59 degrees north !)

Well never know I’m sure.
It’s mostly educated guesswork and Google. It’s clearly a northern country, reminds me very much of the Orkneys or Norway. (Discounting the fact that you might be in the southern hemisphere eg New Zealand)
The yellow signs mean it’s not England and we’ve a already had most of Scandinavia ruled out. So what’s left, Iceland and the Baltic states to start with.
So then you start googling tunnels in those countries and this time I got lucky quite quickly.
